1. Agreement Overview
By purchasing and accessing the HELOC Cash Flow Strategy membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Membership & Pricing
Upfront Payment: A one-time payment of $[XX] is charged at the time of purchase.
Monthly Subscription: A recurring charge of $20.00/month begins on the date of purchase and continues on the same date each month.
Payment Method: All payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method on file is current and valid.

White Glove Support -- application terms, approval process, pricing to be determined per applicant

4. Access & Cancellation
Your access to all membership content remains active as long as your subscription is in good standing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [support email] or through your account settings.
Upon cancellation, your access to the course, calculator, and member resources will be revoked at the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle after cancellation.
5. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary digital educational materials and intellectual property, all sales are final.
The Company does not offer:
Refunds
Partial refunds
Money-back guarantees
Chargeback approvals
Client acknowledges:
The purchase price reflects access to proprietary education and digital tools.
Digital content cannot be returned once accessed.
The value of the program is delivered upon access being granted.
By signing this Agreement, Client expressly waives any claim for refund after access has been provided.
6. Disclaimer
The HELOC Cash Flow Strategy is an educational product. It provides information and tools to help you evaluate and potentially execute a HELOC-based debt payoff strategy.
This is not financial advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, and the content provided does not constitute a recommendation to take any specific financial action. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property
All course content, calculator tools, and materials are the intellectual property of HELOC Cash Flow Strategy. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any part of the membership content without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your email and phone number will be used for account management, membership communications, and relevant educational content.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
